The system stores documents in MySQL and processes TIFF files into PDF format using ImageMagick. To optimize performance, it includes a caching mechanism for PDFs, ensuring efficient handling of repeated requests. Users can search for documents based on specific index fields uploaded by Kofax, streamlining document management. Additionally, the software includes an admin panel for managing users, user groups, and database tables, ensuring smooth operations. This application was developed for Krop AI, a startup focused on producing exotic crops in a controlled environment using real-time monitoring and AI. The platform enables clients to view real-time data about their crop stands, including transaction details, returns, and live video feeds via RTSP. The system also captures important environmental data such as temperature and humidity through a module controller installed on each stand.

The application dynamically generates invoices using Puppeteer for stand purchases and returns. It is built with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB for data storage. Hosted on Google Cloud Platform, the app integrates Firebase Authentication, offering login options through email, phone, and Google. An admin panel allows for user management and system control, while Nodemailer sends automated emails to users about account updates and changes. Close
